Indonesian food culture in motion – part II

The Dutch Indonesian toko is familiar in The Hague and far beyond. Nowadays the traditional tokos are disappearing from the streets (because who will succeed the toko owners?). That’s why Riboet Verhalenkunst, Indonesia Remembrance Centre and various artists are putting the toko into the spotlights in this interactive exhibition at Museum Sophiahof The Hague.
